Before applying, make sure your shop qualifies for Marketspot Canada by reading and agreeing to the following requirements:

• The vendor agrees that all products are handmade by themselves or by one of their team members. We do not allow the sale of third party products.

• All your products are original. We do not accept designed and manufactured products, including digital prints and other merchandise. There are two exceptions to this: 

1.        Fine Art Photography. All photo prints must be limited edition runs of 50 units or less and must be printed in Canada. (We encourage you to use a local print shop in your area). 

2.        Hand printed products, including screen printing, lino cuts, or image transfers are acceptable.

• All your products are your own intellectual property. Marketspot will not tolerate any form of plagiarism.

• All food products must abide by your provincial health guidelines and be produced in a commercial kitchen.

• The vendor agrees to represent our brand professionally and treat all the other vendors and customers with respect.

• The vendor agrees to create their own terms and conditions for shipping and refunds. All shipping and refunds are handled by the vendors.  

• Marketspot offers shipping for vendors at our shop in Market Mall. Admin fee 6%. Real shipping cost + 6% ($20 + 1.2 = $21.2).

• The vendor agrees to be truthful and transparent in regards to their story, their process and their materials.

• The vendor agrees to maintain a good quality of products and send products matching the same level of quality that is advertised on their page.

• The vendor is responsible for collecting and paying their own taxes. Vendors can sell their products including, or not including GST/HST. Marketspot has the option to automatically add GST/HST to your sale.

• Vendors may cancel their accounts at any time. Any fees already incurred will not be refunded.    

• Marketspot has the ability to suspended or deactivate a vendors account at any time, if any the terms and conditions are not met.

• We do not offer worldwide shipping through this platform. All customers must ship to a Canadian address.
