  • How do I become a vendor on Marketspot Online?

    If you are interested in joining our amazing roster of vendors, please fill out the application form here.

    Marketspot Online vendors are hand-selected by our team based on several factors, including the type of product, the degree of homemade authenticity, and the presentation of products (product photos, descriptions, etc.)

  • How many products am I allowed in my store? What about variations?

    The free vendor plan allows vendors to list 10 products (with unlimited variations) in your digital storefront.

    The premium vendor plan allows vendors to list unlimited products (with unlimited variations) in your digital storefront.

  • I am a Canadian vendor/business, but my products are not handmade. Do I still qualify?
    Marketspot Online is proud to be launching as an exclusively handmade community. We truly believe that Canadian-made, high quality products are what you deserve as Canadian consumers. We never want you to be disappointed in your purchase - which is why we take intricate care in selecting vendors that you can be happy to support.
  • Is it possible to track my stock in real-time?

    Yes! Once your business has been approved, you will be able to track all your stock in your personalized vendor dashboard. 

    If you have products in one of our physical store locations, you are also able to check on your in-store stock 24/7.

  • Where can I sell to? Where can I ship to?
    Marketspot Online is proud to be by Canadians, for Canadians. At this time, vendors will only be able to sell and ship to Canadian shipping addresses. Billing addresses can be any where in North America though.
  • How do I upgrade from a free vendor plan to a premium vendor plan?

    Ready for more products, more sales, and more profit? You can upgrade to our Premium Vendor plan from your seller dashboard.

    Premium Vendors receive higher commission on all their sales, and are featured regularly on our front page and weekly newsletter. Being a premium vendor also gets your products the highest possible visibility on our marketplace.

  • There is a badge I think I qualify for but it’s not on my vendor profile. How do I apply?

    All badge inquires can be sent to

    Your product or vendor page will then be subject to review to verify that it qualifies for a badge upgrade. Details on badges can be found here.
